Building for the Next 10. 

Join us as Children and Family Enrichment at Idlewild (CAFE) celebrates a decade of strengthening children, empowering parents, and building stronger families throughout the Memphis community.

This milestone celebration is more than an anniversary. It is an opportunity to invest in the future of Memphis families. We are marking this milestone through two efforts: CAFE's 10th Anniversary Celebration and Fundraiser, and CAFE's 10th Anniversary Campaign. Our goal is to raise funds to expand parenting education and family literacy programs that will serve children and families for years to come.

Proceeds will help launch two transformational initiatives:

 

Parenting Education Academy: Providing parents with evidence-based education, practical tools, and ongoing support to help children and families thrive.

 

Family Literacy Initiative: Touch, Talk, Read, Play. Helping families build early literacy skills through books, family reading experiences, and resources that prepare children for lifelong success.

What Your Gift Can Do:

$50 provides a family literacy kit.

$100 provides books and educational materials for a family.

$250 sponsors a parent for a multi-week Parenting Education Academy series.

$500 supports a family reading night.

$1,000 helps launch a new Parenting Education Academy cohort.

$5,000+ helps expand programs serving families across Memphis.​​​
